Communication, Leadership and Social Innovation (CLSI) is a dynamic unit at the University of Waterloo dedicated to stimulating and enhancing leadership, change, and communication identified as necessary across diverse sectors and cultures in society. Through unique initiatives which connect academics and broader communities, CLSI actively participates in local, national and international partnerships for practical research and education on leadership, communication, organizational strategy, diversity, social innovation and change-related concepts, designs, practices and impacts.

CLSI partners with the Schulich Executive Education Centre of the School of Business at York University to offer programs in leadership and project management.

How to Schedule a Session

Offerings are structured in a modular fashion and can be delivered as ½ day, full day(s) or 1-3 week sessions. CLSI will also custom design modules, courses, programs, consulting and research projects with participating organizations. Faculty bring a broad range of consulting and experience with corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors as well as families and adoption.
